Natural stones vary in color, pattern, clarity, texture, shape, and size. These variations are part of their character and are not defects. Product photography represents the style and quality of the item, but screens and lighting may affect color.

Please review stone selection, bead size, wrist size, layout, and price before checkout. Custom-made products are final sale when they arrive as ordered and undamaged. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Orders are accepted only after payment is authorized and the store confirms the order.

Shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped from Kunming, Yunnan, China. Seller-paid tracked shipping is included where stated. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, or local conditions. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.

Damage or Order Problems

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your confirmed order, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review and provide an appropriate solution.
