Transparent delivery terms for finished natural-stone jewelry, pendants and collector decor shipped from Kunming, Yunnan, China.
Jewelry Shipping
Complimentary standard shipping on jewelry orders of $169 or more. Jewelry orders below $169 are charged a flat $5.90 shipping fee.
Collector Crystal Decor
Collector crystal caves and medium or large decor carry a $70 handling and transport cost. We provide a $50 shipping subsidy, so the customer pays $20.
Protective Packing
Collector-piece delivery includes reinforced packing, a support frame where required, and anti-breakage protection to help the piece arrive safely and intact.
Expedited Delivery
Need your order sooner? Contact us before ordering. Expedited delivery is charged according to the carrier’s actual quoted cost.
Final Sale
Every item is a finished, individually selected natural-stone piece. Undamaged items that arrive as described are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damage in Transit
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its listing, contact us promptly with your order number, packaging photos and clear photos of the item.
Natural Variation
Color, inclusions, pattern and translucency are natural characteristics rather than defects. The listing photographs form part of the description for each one-of-one piece.
