Will my bracelet look exactly like the photo?
Natural gemstones vary in color, pattern and transparency. Your bracelet will follow the listed design while retaining the unique character of genuine stone.
How long does an order take?
Please allow 3–5 business days for handcrafting. International standard delivery usually takes approximately 7–18 business days after dispatch.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because custom and made-to-size products are created specifically for you, they are final sale unless damaged, defective or incorrect.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are handcrafted and dispatched from Kunming, Yunnan, China. Standard outbound shipping is included.
