Shipping Origin

All orders are handcrafted and shipped from Kunming, Yunnan, China.

Production Time

Personalized and made-to-order jewelry normally requires 3–5 business days for production before shipment. Large, highly customized or holiday orders may require additional time.

Shipping Cost

Standard outbound shipping is complimentary and paid by Intent Stone Studio. Customers are not charged a standard delivery fee at checkout unless a different premium shipping service is specifically requested and agreed.

Estimated Delivery

International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing and local conditions. Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When available, a tracking number will be sent after the order is dispatched. Tracking information may take several days to update after the parcel leaves China.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, brokerage charges or customs fees imposed by the destination country are not shipping charges and may be collected separately by local authorities. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, recipient name and contact number. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or failure to collect a parcel may be charged to the customer.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

Contact us promptly if a parcel arrives damaged or tracking indicates a delivery problem. Keep all packaging and provide photographs when reporting damage.
