Products and Personalization

Intent Stone Studio offers natural gemstone jewelry, including personalized and made-to-order pieces. Customers are responsible for reviewing size, stone selection, personalization and shipping information before ordering.

Natural Materials

Natural stones vary in color, pattern, translucency and inclusions. Product photographs are representative; natural variation is not a defect.

Symbolic Meanings

Crystal and gemstone meanings are based on cultural traditions and modern spiritual symbolism. They are offered for personal expression and entertainment only and do not guarantee medical, emotional, financial or professional outcomes.

Orders and Payment

An order is accepted after payment is successfully processed. We may contact the customer if design details require clarification. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order we cannot reasonably fulfill.

Shipping

Orders are made and shipped from Kunming, Yunnan, China. Standard outbound shipping is paid by the seller. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs or local conditions.

Returns

Undamaged and correctly made personalized products are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with photographs and the order number.

Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, graphics and original designs may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
